Simon Agterhuis

Simon Agterhuis is currently an Adviseur Gebiedsontwikkeling at Aveco de Bondt, involved in various projects related to area development, new construction, transformation, and infrastructure since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Twente, where Simon provided technical support for audiovisual productions and communicated research findings on energy transition from December 2020 to May 2023. In a previous position with Van Gelder Groep BV, Simon coordinated project registrations for integrated projects. A bachelor thesis was conducted at Antea Group Nederland investigating improvements in participation processes for specific legal projects. Simon holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Management and a Master of Science in Public Administration, both obtained from the University of Twente, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
