Mary Martin

Mary Martin is currently the Chairman at Avectas. Mary has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various positions such as Senior Vice President Global Quality, Regulatory Affairs and R&D Project Management, Vice President QA, RA & Product Development, and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to their work in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Martin was a managing director at Elan Biotechnology Research. Ms. Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from University College Galway.

Mary Martin has a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology from University College Dublin, a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacology and Toxicology from University College Dublin, and a Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance from the ACCA. Mary is also a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors.
