Wang Ruhua

Wang Ruhua is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel at AVEGA Luxembourg since January 2021. Previously, Wang held the position of Supervisor Legal - Manager China Desk at TMF Group from March 2020 to December 2020, and served as Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel at VISTRA from February 2017 to March 2020. Wang's experience dates back to September 2015, when assuming the role of Assistant Legal Officer at TMF Group, and prior to that, worked as In-house Legal Counsel & Senior Project Manager at AHK GZ Office, managing foreign investment projects in southern China from June 2008 to December 2011. Wang Ruhua holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Laws from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Law in International Commercial Laws from China University of Political Science and Law.
