YuJu Chen has worked in the manufacturing engineering field since 2000. YuJu began their career with Solectron as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2002, they moved to Flash Electronics where they were also a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2005, they joined Juniper Networks as a Sr NPI Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. In 2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer with Flextronics. In 2015, they returned to Avegant as a Manufacturing Engineer. In 2016, they joined General Electric (GE) as a Lead Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Arlo Technologies, Inc. as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer. Finally, in 2021, they joined Microsoft as a Sr Manufacturing Engineer - HoloLens. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for setting up advanced manufacturing processes, providing DFx reviews, driving DOEs and data analysis to improve process yield, and more.
YuJu Chen began their education in 1991, when they obtained a BS in Aerospace Engineering from National Cheng Kung University. In 1998, they earned an MS in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. In addition, they hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
