Mandy Bell

Mandy Bell has a background in healthcare administration and quality management. Mandy has held various roles in the telehealth industry, including Vice President of Product Innovation at Avel eCare, where Mandy also served as the eCARE Quality & Innovation Officer and eCARE Quality & Innovation Director. Mandy was a Founding Board Member at the American Board of Telehealth and previously worked at Avera Health as a Quality Manager and Grants Writer. Mandy holds a MHA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and a BA in History, Spanish, and International Studies from Augustana University.
