Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation and Product Engineering at Central States, having held multiple leadership roles since December 2017, including Vice President of Innovation and Supply Chain, as well as Director of Logistics and Operations. Prior to this, Andrew spent over 18 years at Valeo, where responsibilities ranged from Production Manager to North America Regional Operations Quality Director, focusing on quality operations and supply chain management across multiple sites. Earlier experience includes positions at Strange, Strange & Gardner as a Consulting Forensic Engineer and a Graduate Trainee at Bonas Machine Company. Andrew holds a BEng (hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds and completed a CEDEP in Business Management at INSEAD in 2007.
