Catherine Huang

Catherine Huang has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry. Catherine began their career in 2010 as a Project Controller for Thermopylae Sciences and Technology, a DoD Contractor specializing in geospatial and mobile intelligence applications. In this role, they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, contract pricing, program management, and R&D special projects. In 2013, they moved to CompassLearning as a Project Manager and Producer. Catherine then transitioned to Amherst Holdings in 2014, where they served as a Senior Product and Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Verb Inc. as the Director of Product. In 2018, they moved to Applause as a Product Director, and in 2019 they began working as a Startup Product Consultant for various companies. Currently, they are the Product Lead at Avela.

Catherine Huang attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science - Operations Research. Catherine is currently attending the Harvard Extension School for Continuing Education in Behavior Economics - Student and TA.
