Shveta Bidani

Shveta Bidani is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the VP and Global Head of Human Resources at Avellino Lab since July 2021, overseeing HR functions across five countries. Previously, Shveta held the position of Director of Global Human Resources at RSi, leading HR strategies for a company with over 300 employees, and worked as an Independent Consultant providing tailored HR solutions for small businesses. Earlier career experiences include serving as HR Manager at Xora Software Systems, where collaboration with the CFO focused on compensation and retention strategies, and as HR Business Partner at FiberTower, where Shveta implemented a successful performance management system. Shveta holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Cardiff University and another Master's specializing in Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from Delhi University.
