Ernest Hayes

Ernest Hayes has gained work experience in various industries. Ernest started their career at Kroger in 2014 as a Cashier/USCAN Operator and worked there until January 2016. In 2018, they joined Contour Aviation as a Customer Service Specialist and stayed until August 2019. Ernest then moved to Endeavor Air in August 2019, where they worked as a Lead Crew Scheduler until June 2023. Currently, they are employed at Avelo Airlines as a Supervisor- Flight Crew Support, starting in June 2023.

Ernest Hayes attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2012 until present, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aerospace- Flight Dispatcher/ATC. In May 2019, they obtained a certification as an Aircraft Dispatcher from the Federal Aviation Administration.
