Scott Hall

Scott Hall has over 33 years of experience in the aviation industry. Scott began their career in 1987 as a First Officer at Express Airlines I and then a Captain at Central Air Southwest Inc. In 1989, they joined Pan Am Express as a Captain. From 1992 to 1997, they held various roles at Air Pacific Northwest, Sundance International Airlines, Grand Aire, Inc. and Chicago Express Inc. as a Director of Flight Operations. From 2005 to 2021, they were with ExpressJet Airlines, beginning as a Director Flight Operations, then Managing Director Operations Support, and Vice President Flight Operations. Most recently, they were an Executive Vice President at Airbahn from 2021 to 2022. Scott is currently a VP Flight Operations at Avelo Airlines, where they are responsible for the Flight Operations department under FAR Part 121 US scheduled airline operations and supplemental operations throughout North America, South America and the Caribbean.

Scott Hall obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) in Aviation-Business from Anoka-Ramsey Community College between 1983 and 1985. Scott then attended Southern Nazarene University from 1985 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aviation Business. Scott also holds certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration, including Airline Transport Pilot - Airplane Multi-Engine Land, Airline Transport Pilot - EMB-145 / CL-65 / SF-340 / BA-3100, and Commercial Privileges - Airplane Single Engine Land.
