Rick Raper

Rick Raper is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology and cybersecurity, currently serving as a Security Architect at Avem Health Partners since January 2022. With extensive experience in the Oklahoma National Guard, Rick held various roles including Defensive Cyber Operations Element Sr. Incident Handler and Sr. Systems Administrator, demonstrating a strong background in cybersecurity and systems administration. Prior to these positions, Rick worked as a Help Desk Technician at L-3 STRATIS and held several roles within the Oklahoma National Guard, as well as positions in vehicle maintenance and sales. Rick Raper earned a Bachelor's degree in Cloud and Systems Administration from Western Governors University and also completed training at the US Army School of Information Technology in 2012.
