Kevin Varghese Saju

Kevin Varghese Saju has worked in a variety of roles in the food industry. In 2017, they were a Research Intern at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Quality Control Intern at Sunsip Agro Processors. In 2018, they became a Quality Assurance Chemist at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd. In 2021, they were a Quality Assurance Specialist at Agrocorp International. Currently, they are a Food Safety and Operations Analyst at Avena Foods Limited.

Kevin Varghese Saju has a diverse educational background. Kevin Varghese attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2006 to 2014. Kevin Varghese then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Food Technology and Processing from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences from 2014 to 2018. Most recently, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020. Kevin Varghese has also obtained several certifications, including the FSPCA Preventative Controls for Human Food from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in 2022, CGC HACCP TRAINING from the Canadian Grain Commission in 2021, WHIMS 2015 from Worksite Safety in 2021, HACCP & Food Safety Certificate from the International HACCP Alliance in 2021, and Halal Compliance Professional from Halal India in 2018.
