Agnieszka Trzmiel

Agnieszka Trzmiel is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in support and leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the IT L2/L3 Support Lead at Avenga, Agnieszka leads a support team and is responsible for the Veeva Vault Clinical system, focused on optimizing support processes and enhancing service quality. Previous roles at Avenga include IT Technical Support Lead and IT Support Specialist, where Agnieszka honed skills in incident management, system validation, and collaboration with stakeholders. Prior to Avenga, Agnieszka worked at Danone, managing IT processes and contributing to global projects, including the implementation of ITSM tools. Agnieszka holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
