Lida Shyhymaha

Lida Shyhymaha is a seasoned professional in recruitment marketing and project management, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist at Avenga since December 2021. Previously, Lida held the position of Communications & Project Manager at the Sheptytsky Center of the Ukrainian Catholic University from August 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included developing and implementing communication strategies, organizing over 120 events annually, and writing grant applications. Additional experience includes roles as a Grant Expert at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and an Event Manager at the IT Education Academy. Lida began a career in project management and coordination with various organizations, including Mediateka Lviv and the NGO "CENTER OF CIVIL INITIATIVES." Lida holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration specializing in Regional Development from the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine and a Master's Degree in Documentation and Information from the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics.'
