Sara Khamis has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior People and Culture Business Partner at Qinshift since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Senior HR Expert at MOL Serbia doo from May 2018 to April 2020, where contributions were made to an integrated oil and gas company with a global presence. Sara's earlier positions include HR Responsible at Qube 3D Studio, an art and development studio in Belgrade, and roles as an Executive Assistant at both a consulting agency and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management in Serbia. Sara holds a Level 5 Certification in Human Resource Management from CIPD and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Auditing from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade.
