Svitlana Liaskovska

Svitlana Liaskovska is a senior recruiter at Avenga. Svitlana has over four years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT and BPO services.

Svitlana began their career in recruiting at Symphony Solutions in December 2015. Symphony Solutions is an international IT services company with delivery centers in three countries: Lviv (Ukraine), Skopje (Macedonia), Rzeszow and Krakow (Poland).

At Symphony Solutions, Svitlana was responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates using professional networks, databases, social media, etc. Svitlana screened candidate's profiles, conducted HR-skype interviews, and coordinated organization cultural, technical, and client interviews. Svitlana also prepared candidates for client interviews, debriefed candidates after interviews, and worked closely with hiring managers.

In March 2019, Svitlana left Symphony Solutions to join Avenga as a senior recruiter. In their current role, Svitlana is responsible for sourcing candidates for IT and BPO positions. Svitlana also monitors the labor market and wages, new technologies, and current market trends.

Svitlana Liaskovska has a Master's degree in Psychology from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Svitlana also has a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Lviv National Forestry University and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the Lviv Institute of Internal Affairs.
