Joseph Twigg

Joseph Twigg is the CEO of Aveni since December 2018, where the company leverages AI and NLP to enhance human interaction through its SaaS platform, Aveni Connect. Prior to this role, Joseph held various strategic positions at Standard Life Aberdeen as Global Head of Strategy & Business Management from June 2011 to March 2018, contributing to significant M&A activities and driving organic growth across international markets. Joseph's experience includes risk management and business strategy roles at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership and Janus Henderson Investors, along with a background in management consulting at Protiviti and fixed income analysis at Xconnect Trading Limited. Joseph holds an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School and a degree in Strategic Decisions & Risk Management from Stanford University, complemented by the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology & Applied Genetics from the University of Leeds.
