Ismahane Belakhdar

Ismahane Belakhdar currently serves as Cheffe de Service at Avenir Apei since April 2025, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 40 professionals while managing educational, therapeutic, and social support for 52 young individuals with various disabilities. Prior to this role, Ismahane held the position of Cheffe de Service and Permanent Deputy Director at Entraide Union from February 2022 to March 2025 and worked in various deputy director roles at ORPEA from 2017 to 2021, focusing on improving care quality for the elderly and addressing violence in medico-social institutions. Ismahane holds a Master 2 in Management of Medico-Social Structures from Université de Bretagne Occidentale and a Licence AES in Social and Medico-Social Structures from Université de Bordeaux.
