Richard also completed a Diploma in Computer Programming at The John Academy from 2015 to 2016. Richard enhanced their marketing knowledge through professional diploma programs, including the Professional Diploma in Direct & Digital Marketing Management from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) from 2015 to 2017 and the Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing & Analytics from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2014 to 2015.
