Jessica Simpson

Jessica Simpson is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Aventiv Technologies since June 2023, where responsibilities include advising on Organizational Design & Effectiveness and driving Strategic Workforce Planning. Prior to Aventiv Technologies, Jessica held various HR roles at Sabre Corporation, including Senior Recruiter and Global People Business Partner, where strategic talent acquisition and organizational advising were key focuses. With extensive experience as the Owner/Operator of Triumph Sports, Jessica managed HR functions for over 130 employees across multiple locations. Earlier career roles at Lockheed Martin involved employee and labor relations, contract negotiations, and comprehensive HR advisory services. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education/Psychology from Dallas Baptist University.
