John Moten

John Moten, IRC, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Aventiv Technologies and is a Board Member for both NIRI: The Association for Investor Relations and BYW Investment Advisors. With a robust background in investor relations, John held the position of VP of Investor Relations at Envista Holdings Corporation and previously led the establishment of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals' Investor Relations department. John also has significant experience as Director Portfolio Manager at MacKay Shields, managing substantial portfolios in convertible bonds and international equities. Earlier roles include Vice President at American Express Financial Corporation and Deutsche Bank, where John significantly contributed to investment analysis and market performance. John holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Lawrence University.
