David Singer

David Singer has extensive experience in real estate and development, currently serving as Managing Director at Aventon Companies since June 2021, having previously held positions as Development Manager and Development Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Development Associate at the Development Finance Initiative at UNC School of Government from May 2020 to April 2021, and multiple positions at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, including Senior Research Analyst and Research Analyst from 2015 to 2019. David began a professional career as an Accounting Intern at Andrew Harper from February 2014 to May 2015. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate, Capital Markets and Investments, and Corporate Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2015.
