Juan J. Gil

Juan J. Gil has a diverse work experience in various industries. Juan J. currently holds the positions of Managing Director (Singapore) & Group Chief Innovation Officer at Aventra Group, where they focus on business development, operations excellence, and culture leadership in the maritime vertical. Prior to this, they served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Aventra Group, working on developing digital solutions for maritime companies.
