Dominik Baier

Dominik Baier serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Primeo Energie since July 2000, providing legal, strategic, and political advice to the CEO and other executives, while also serving as a key liaison between delegates and the management board. Baier has held significant leadership roles, including President of the Board of Trustees at Pensionskasse EBM and, since 2024, serves as the Chairman of the Board at aventron after various board positions there from 2005. Additionally, Baier contributed as a board member for TZW Technologiezentrum Witterswil AG and Infel AG and held legal roles for EBM Energie AG and the Canton of Bern. Baier holds a law degree from the University of Basel and further qualifications in financial and accounting management for lawyers.
