Kyungu Yannick has extensive experience in customer service and chemical analysis. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Aventus since July 2020, Kyungu manages over 50 customer interactions daily, ensuring high-quality, personalized service to foster customer retention and effectively addressing inquiries and complaints. Previously, from January 2018 to January 2020, Kyungu worked as a Chemical Analyst at the Office Congolais de Controle (OCC), where responsibilities included analyzing chemicals and food products for compliance with international standards and local laws, testing metallic products for purity, and preparing detailed reports on findings.
