Pavel Bahdanaŭ

Pavel Bahdanaŭ has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Pavel began their career in 2013 at ActiveCloud, where they worked as a DevOps engineer until 2014 and then transitioned to the role of Head of Technical Support until 2016. In 2016, they joined GigaCloud as the Head of the Support Department and worked there until 2017. Afterward, they joined Hoster.by as the Chief Development Officer, where they worked from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Aventus Group. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Aventus IT starting from 2021.

Pavel Bahdanaŭ completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Resources Management from the School of Business and Management of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Belarusian State University from 2011 to 2014, with a focus on Radiophysics. In terms of additional certifications, Pavel obtained several qualifications. In 2021, they acquired certifications including ICP-APM, ICP-APO, ICP-ATF from AgileLAB.org, and also completed the Kanban System Design course from Kanban University. In 2020, they completed Agile Essentials with Scrum and Kanban (ICP) from AgileLAB.org. In 2019, Pavel received certifications in Growth Hacking & Jobs To Be Done from Growth Academy and Product Management from Академия BELHARD. Additionally, in 2019 they completed training in project management with the use of SCRUM from Zdes i Sejchas Consulting Group, and in 2018 they completed a course on strategy for entering new markets from the same consulting group. In 2015, Pavel received a certification in Introduction to Information Security Management based on ISO/IEC 27003:2013 from Softline Belarus. Finally, in 2013 they completed a course on Computer Networks from Coursera.
