Viktoriya Kuznetsova

Viktoriya Kuznetsova has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Viktoriya started their career in 2013 at СООО «БанИАРБ», where they worked as a Specialist in Personnel, responsible for mass recruitment of personnel as well as the search, selection, and assessment of managerial staff. Viktoriya also organized interviews with candidates and collected recommendations.

In 2018, Viktoriya moved on to Scand, where they took on the role of HR manager. Viktoriya'sresponsibilities included recruiting specialists of various levels, such as developers, testers, and business analysts. Viktoriya also facilitated the adaptation of new employees.

Next, they joined Promwad, electronics design house in 2019 as a Recruiter. Viktoriya'stasks included active search and selection of IT specialists, conducting interviews, forming and developing a candidate database. Additionally, Viktoriya participated in the development, organization, and implementation of corporate events and other HR projects.

Currently, Viktoriya is working at Aventus IT as an HR Manager. Viktoriya'sresponsibilities in this role are not specified, but they started in June 2021 and is still employed there.

Viktoriya Kuznetsova attended Belarusian State University from 2009 to 2013, where they studied personnel management. In addition to their university education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2016, they completed a course titled "All the Truth about Executive Recruiting" offered by Trainer Katerina Skibskaia, the Executive Recruiting Director at DOPOMOGA GROUP in Ukraine&Moldova. In 2014, they attended a seminar on "Effective Conducting of Interviews in Staff Recruitment" by Svetlana Ivanova. Furthermore, in 2013, they completed a seminar-training on "Methods of Hiring Personnel. Virtuoso Recruitment or Assembling a Mosaic" conducted by Taisa Shutkina.
