Shinjini Das Gupta

Shinjini Dasgupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, development, and management. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Aventus Partners since June 2009, Shinjini specializes in creating innovative solutions that enhance business capabilities. Prior to this role, Shinjini worked as a Senior Consultant at an Executive Search Firm from June 2005 to May 2009 and held the position of Branch Manager at Ontrack Systems Limited from October 1998 to May 2004. Shinjini's career began at Sol Pharmaceuticals Ltd as an Officer in Marketing from September 1995 to March 1998. Academically, Shinjini holds a PGDBM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a B.Com in Commerce from the University of Calcutta, along with a foundational education from South Point High School, Kolkata.
