Jayaraj Velayutham

Jayaraj (Jay) Velayutham is an experienced professional specializing in service delivery, program, and project management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies. Currently at Avenu Insights & Analytics since 2017, Jayaraj leads initiatives to enhance time-to-market and manage web portal services, while facilitating agile practices within teams. Previous experience includes significant roles at PRA Group, where Jayaraj improved operational efficiency and led IT governance strategies, and at Allstate Investments LLC and Allstate Financial Services, where strategic project management and application delivery were key responsibilities. Jayaraj holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras, supplemented by education at UC San Diego.
