Adrián Altamirano

Adrián Altamirano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources. In 2017, they worked at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi as a Compensaciones y Beneficios where they were responsible for monthly reports and making structural changes in the system. They then transitioned to Grupo Consultores de Empresas in 2018 as an Administrador de Personal, handling a workforce of up to 170 employees. Their responsibilities included managing internal and external client relationships. In 2019, Adrián worked as an Administrador de Recursos Humanos at Uniformes 21 SA, focusing on tasks such as personnel selection and absenteeism control. They concurrently held a position as Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos at MET Medicina Privada, contributing to HR-related tasks. In 2021, Adrián joined Tecme S.A. as an Auxiliar Gestion de las Personas, supporting personnel management until 2022. Currently, they are serving as an HRBP for Mexico Operations at AVENU Learning.
