Shaun Arnold, LMSW, QMHP-CS has a diverse range of work experience. Following this, they served as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at the State of Kansas Department of Children and Families-Division of Vocational Rehabilitation from 2016 to 2017.
In 2017, they joined Parkland Hospital as a Community IDDT Specialist, where they worked with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, focusing on stability, sobriety, housing, medication compliance, and employment. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Case Manager in SSVF Rapid-Rehousing at Endeavors, where they worked with veterans facing or at risk of homelessness, combining their passion for tackling homelessness with helping veterans overcome barriers.
In 2021, they worked as a Case Manager and Program Support Specialist at Front Steps, Inc. and as a Housing Case Manager ESG II at Spring Branch Community Health Center. Currently, they are employed as a Ryan White Medical Case Manager at Avenue 360 Health and Wellness, starting in 2023.

Shaun Arnold, LMSW, QMHP-CS has a strong educational background in social work. In 2016-2017, Shaun obtained a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Park University through their Advanced Standing Program. Prior to that, Shaun completed a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2012 to 2016. In addition to these degrees, Shaun also holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Furthermore, Shaun has acquired numerous certifications to enhance their expertise. In November 2020, Shaun obtained certifications in Crisis Communication and Digital Body Language from LinkedIn. In May 2017, Shaun achieved the certification of Motivational Interviewing Trainer through the MINT Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. Additionally, Shaun holds a ServeSafe Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association, acquired in May 2019.
