Edison Chan

Edison Chan is an Operations Analyst at Avenue Living Asset Management since November 2022, responsible for project cost tracking, capital reporting, cash forecasting, and job cost reconciliations in partnership with Accounting. Skills include ad-hoc report building using SQL and MS Power Query, as well as managing building systems data for long-term capital planning. Previously, Edison served as a Pharmacy Assistant at London Drugs from September 2017 to November 2022, where roles included maintaining patient and inventory data systems, processing prescriptions and insurance claims, and providing customer service. Edison holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Business Analytics from the University of Calgary, completed in April 2022.
