Brent Elkins

Brent Elkins serves as the Head of Real Estate Capital Partnerships at Avenue One since June 2023. With a robust background in real estate and fundraising, Brent has held key positions including Managing Director and Head of Fundraising at Beacon Capital Partners from 2016 to May 2023, and Managing Director in Global Real Estate Distribution at BlackRock from 2013 to 2015. Brent has also contributed to the investment landscape through roles such as Global Co-Head of Fundraising and Investor Relations at Colony Capital from 2009 to 2013, and Advisory Board Member at ESR from 2015 to 2020. Brent's early career includes significant experience at Morgan Stanley and AMB Property Corporation. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Princeton University. Brent currently serves on the Board of Trustees and Advisors for Beth Israel Lahey Health at Mount Auburn Hospital since January 2017.
