Severin Carlson

Severin Carlson currently serves as Chief of Staff at Avenue One, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Severin was Senior Vice President at Delos from September 2014 to March 2024. Severin’s experience also includes a position in the Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, where work was carried out from July 2009 to March 2014, within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Severin holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management from Northeastern University, earned between 2004 and 2009, and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Auburn University, completed in 2022. Additionally, Severin is a graduate of Fairfield Prep, class of 2004.
