Rich Green

Rich Green is an experienced operational manager with a diverse background in property management, office administration, and retail management. Currently serving as the Operational Manager at Avenue Property Management since August 2018, Rich previously held positions including Office Manager at Housing Guru and Broker at Home Pride Realty. With extensive experience in managing high-volume transactions and overseeing youth offenders as a corrections officer at Gilliam Youth Service Center, Rich demonstrates strong leadership and risk management skills. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Colorado State University Pueblo.
