Rachael Lorene Domingo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the fashion industry. Rachael Lorene is currently the Head of Buying & Design at Avenue Shops since April 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Lead Designer/Stylist and Creative Director at www.MOTHStylingandDesign.com since March 2010. Before that, they worked as a Fashion Designer, Stylist, and Visual Artist at www.rachaeldomingo.com starting January 2008. Rachael Lorene was also employed at Savvi, where they held multiple positions including Lead Fashion Designer, Chief Creative Director, and VP of Design & Development. At Savvi, they provided creative direction, managed the product development process, and oversaw various aspects of fashion design, styling, and marketing. Rachael also worked as an Instructor at Salt Lake Community College, teaching various subjects in the Fashion Design and Merchandising majors from August 2008 to May 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Pro Artist - MUA for L'Oréal's Innovative Technologies cosmetic line from October 2015 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, Rachael worked as an Art Curator and Salesperson at Nostalgia from January 2003 to November 2010. Rachael Lorene also played a significant role at Nexia, DBA Black Chandelier, where they worked as a Fashion Designer, Assistant, and Manufacturing Manager from May 2004 to January 2008. Before that, they worked as a Fashion Designer, Stylist, and Illustrator at Black Chandelier, Inc. from May 2004 to January 2008. Rachael Domingo started their fashion career as a Client Specialist at Banana Republic from August 2000 to 2003.

Rachael Lorene Domingo's education history includes multiple institutions and fields of study. From 1998 to 2007, they attended FIDM, where they obtained a BFA, AA, and AS degrees in Fashion Design, Fine Art, Illustration, and Business. Additionally, they studied at the University of Utah from 2002 to 2006, specializing in Design and Applied Arts. Rachael Lorene also pursued a BFA degree at the University of Utah from 2003 to 2006, focusing on Fine Art, Illustration, and Graphic Design.
