Stephanie Defilippo

Stephanie DeFilippo is an experienced accounting professional with a comprehensive background in financial management. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at Avenue5 Residential since May 2023, Stephanie has held various key roles, including Accounting Professional at RPM Living and Controller positions at SB Real Estate Partners and The Monolith Investments. Additional experience includes prior roles as Accounting Manager at Greystar and Alliance Residential Company, along with earlier positions at Progress Residential®, The P.B. Bell Companies, Beazer Pre-Owned Rental Homes, and PEM Real Estate Group. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
