Dax D. has a strong background in program management and leadership roles within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Starting in 1998 at Bayer HealthCare, they conducted process development and led a technology transfer team. From 2018 to 2019 at Takeda, they worked in Global Program Management for Gastroenterology. From 2019 to 2021 at H3 Biomedicine, they served as the Director of Global Program Management for Oncology. Most recently, since 2021, they have been at Kymera Therapeutics and AVEO Oncology, holding senior director roles in Global Program Management for Oncology.
Dax D. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Dax went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Molecular Physiology & Biological Physics from the University of Virginia, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Dax D. holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), obtained from the Project Management Institute in March 2008, and as a Six Sigma Green Belt, obtained from NC State University in June 2006.
