Samuel J. Villa has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on federal markets and account management. Samuel J. has held various roles at different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 1991, Villa worked as a District Manager at Organon until 1997. Samuel J. then joined Immunex as a Senior Oncology Account Manager, where they managed key oncology accounts and increased sales.

In 1998, Villa transitioned to Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they held positions such as Regional Account Manager, National Account Director, and Field Director in both the Institutional and Federal Markets divisions. In 2022, Villa joined Baudax Bio as a Director, Federal Markets. Samuel J. developed a strategy for the rapid acceptance of Anjeso at VA, DoD, and IHS, fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet customer needs.

Currently, Villa holds the role of Senior Director, Federal Markets at AVEO Oncology, where they continue to contribute their expertise in federal markets and account management.

Samuel J. Villa has a diverse education history. Samuel J. obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management and Marketing from Canisius University. Prior to that, they attended Buffalo State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry, Education, Physics, and Astronomy. Additionally, Samuel has completed the Executive Education program at The Wharton School.

In terms of certifications, Samuel obtained the ICS-100 and 700 certifications from FEMA in October 2019. Samuel J. also holds a Professional Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM) certification from the Academy for Healthcare Management, which they obtained in June 2001.
