Jerod Elliott

Jerod Elliott has over 15 years of experience in program finance, cost and price analysis, and program management. Jerod began their career in 2004 as a Business Analyst at ManTech International Corporation, where they held business development responsibilities and wrote proposals for the Operations, Intelligence and Security group. In 2005, they became the Regional Manager at Courtesy Parking Solutions, where they led the estimating, pricing, and sales proposals processes as a minority partner, contributing to 600% revenue growth. Jerod also trained, hired, and co-managed a 70+ parking staff at regional accounts and developed a management training program. In 2008, they founded LifeLine Parking Systems and began working as a Business Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at ManTech International Corporation, where they led financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and pricing for a $73M/year division of 45-contract 500-employee portfolio. Jerod also forecasted monthly revenue within -2/+5% variance of forecast for the business group, reported overall profit and loss, and prepared an annual strategic growth plan with executive management. In 2011, they became a Project Manager, Business Process Improvement, at Kingfisher Systems, Inc., where they identified improvements to business process workflows at a client site after a merger of two large Offices. In 2012, they became a Cost-Benefit Analysis Consultant at Kingfisher Systems, Inc., where they co-authored a cost-benefit analysis of a $2M upgrade to a system of applications used by 250 Department of Labor personnel. In 2013, they became a Senior Consultant, Big Four Advisory - Federal Practice at Kingfisher Systems, Inc., where they developed price models for strategic competitive procurements for Big Four Advisory, aiding in a $10M contract takeaway. In 2014, they began working as a Senior Strategic Pricing & Finance Analyst at Harris Corporation, where they developed financial modeling of new business opportunities, conducted formal management business case reviews based on competitive intelligence, and supported decisions at the highest levels of the business unit with $1.7B in annual revenues. In 2017, they became a Program Manager at AVER, LLC, and a Principal Consultant - Cost and Price, Program Finance, and Program Management.

Jerod Elliott obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics with a minor in Russian from the University of Florida. Jerod then received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. In addition, Jerod Elliott spent a summer semester abroad at the Russian University of Humanities studying Russian Studies in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 2015, they were awarded the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
