Kari Coronado, CLPE, CTPE

Kari Coronado, CLPE, CTPE has been working in the field of latent print examination since 2006, when they began a role as a Latent Print Examiner/Project Manager Tech III at BAE Systems. In 2022, they transitioned to a new role as a Latent Print Examiner/Project Manager at AVER, LLC.

Kari Coronado holds a Master's degree in Forensic Science, Investigations from National University (2004-2007), a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from San Diego State University-California State University (2001-2003), and a General Studies degree from San Diego Miramar College (1999-2001). In 2009, they obtained the IA Tenprint Certification from the International Association for Identification and in 2021, they obtained the IA Latent Print Certification from the same institution. Kari is also a Certified Latent Print Examiner (CLPE) and a Certified Tenprint Examiner (CTPE).
