Nathan Weinman

Nathan Weinman serves as the Director of Contracts at AVER, LLC, overseeing full lifecycle contract management and policy compliance for the Federal contract portfolio since July 2024. Previously, Nathan held the role of Director of Contracts & Legal Operations at Eagle Hill Consulting, contributing strategic advice to leadership in various legal and compliance matters from June 2016 to June 2024. As the Founder and Principal of Small Business Solutions, LLC, Nathan offered a range of outsourcing services to small and medium-sized enterprises between February 2013 and June 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Contracts and Compliance at Witt O'Brien's, LLC, and Manager of Legal Compliance at Startec Global Communications, Inc. Nathan began a legal career as an attorney at Clark Drummie and managed a division at the Canadian Cancer Society. Educational credentials include an L.L.B. from the University of New Brunswick and a Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology from the same institution.
