Shawn Pierce

Shawn Pierce is an experienced professional in contract management and administrative roles within the government and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Contracts at VT Group since February 2024, Shawn previously held the position of Contract Administrator at the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair for the US Navy from August 2023 to February 2024. Prior roles include Contracts Manager at Goldbelt C6, LLC, and various positions at Newport News Shipbuilding, including Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Contract Administrator. Earlier experience includes roles as a Logistics/Procurement Analyst at Automation Precision Technology and a Help Desk Support Agent at Cubic Defense Applications. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Saint Leo University and an Associate of Science in Information Systems from Thomas Nelson Community College.
