Brookes Noem MSHI, CHDA, currently serves as a Senior System Engineer at Avera Health Plans, focusing on the maintenance and oversight of server-based applications and security implementations for claims payment systems. Previously, Brookes held the position of Director of Information Technology at the South Dakota Foundation for Medical Care, overseeing technology infrastructure and compliance for healthcare quality improvement programs.
