Adham Soliman

Adham Soliman is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Group HR Director and Head of HR Operations for Averda since January 2015, where responsibilities include leading HR functions, driving change management, and enhancing HR operations across the Middle East and Africa. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for the GCC at Averda, where Adham managed HR activities across multiple countries, and HR Business Specialist at Qatar Airways, focusing on aligning talent strategies with business goals. Adham also held positions at IBM as Sales Operations Lead and Standard Chartered Bank as a Relationship Manager in SME Banking. Adham holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the American University in Dubai.
