Dean Puster Pmp

Dean Puster, PMP, MCP, serves as an Information Technology Project Manager at averhealth since November 2019. Previously, Dean held the position of Senior Project Manager and Development Director at Mapcom Systems, where innovative problem-solving and a comprehensive approach were applied to enhance development processes. Dean also worked as a Sr. Project Manager at Duke Energy Corporation, leading multiple "Smart Grid" projects and overseeing diverse teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Earlier experience includes managing enterprise-wide application development projects at Data Directions, Inc., directly reporting to the CIO and utilizing various project management methodologies. Dean holds a degree from the University of Richmond.
