Bertrand Gauvreau

Bertrand Gauvreau is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Manager of Systems and Solutions at Averna since May 2013, where previous roles included Technical Program Manager and Sales Engineer/System Engineer. Prior to Averna, Bertrand held various positions at ITF Technologies from January 2009 to May 2013, including Group Leader for Fused Components, where responsibilities encompassed managing a team, designing customer-specific products, and providing technical support and training. Earlier experience includes a role as a research assistant and technician at École Polytechnique de Montréal, contributing to significant research projects and supporting graduate students. Bertrand holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics with a specialization in Optics from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics, alongside a DEC in Technologie Physique from CEGEP de La Pocatière.
