Maxim Megelas

Maxim Megelas is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in program and project management, primarily in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering & Execution at Averna since February 2016, Maxim has held various leadership roles, including Manager and Project Manager. Prior experience at Bombardier Aerospace included overseeing integrated development teams for the Challenger Programs, managing new product development from concept to production, and ensuring supplier compliance for major aircraft structures. Previous roles at Flextronics and Centre Inox included contributions to new product introduction and mechanical engineering projects. Maxim holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a college degree in Mechanical Engineering from College Saint Laurent.
