Lauren Lathrop has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Lauren started their career in 2005 as a General Manager at Global Entertainment. In 2006, they joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants where they held various roles, including FOH Restaurant positions, Restaurant Manager, Restaurant AGM, and ultimately Restaurant General Manager from 2012 to 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Avero as a Regional Channel Manager & Partner Manager until 2019 when they became a Business Development Manager. From 2020 to 2022, Lauren served as a Knowledge Base Manager at Avero before being promoted to their current role as Sr. Manager of Customer Support.
Lauren Lathrop earned their Bachelor's degree in Restaurant/Culinary Management from The Art Institutes. Lauren attended the school from 2007 to 2010.
