Norman Grumbach

Norman Grumbach is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales and Business Development at Avero since December 2023, and as the CEO and Founder of Artisan Citizen since October 2023. Previously, Norman held the position of Director of Business Development at Tock from December 2018 to May 2023, and Senior Director of Marketing - Products and Experiences at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from August 2016 to November 2018. Additional roles at Caesars included Director of Food & Beverage Marketing and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Caesars Palace. Earlier career experiences at Avero included positions from Manager of Client Operations to Account Associate, along with a tenure as Sous Chef at Madden's Casual Gourmet, and various managerial roles at masonry companies from 2007 to 2011. Norman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Texas A&M University.
